To pass the time over the summer, I did some practicing in photoshop and SAI to hone in my skills for my final film, just pop-culture images, but they're always fun to do :D

Images from Year 2 - Character Design
Just thought I'd do a bit of catching up from work from last year to show what you might expect to see here over the next few weeks.
These images are of my created character for 2D animation, the snooty bossy fashion designer, Sara Mcarthy.
Enjoy them! the final animation is here on my youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTtoZ71Ssnc

Final Year at Wolverhampton University Introduction
Well, the final year is here atlast, doesn't seem like 5 minutes since I was walking through those doors for the very first time at Wolverhampton University!
To document my final year, I decided to set up this blog to chronicle the development of my final films, and to catch up on what I've done over the past few years of studying animation.
I suppose my greatest achievement so far at university was getting one of my first year films shortlisted in the Depict short films festival, so it would be a good idea to start with that, which can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YotEavoroSM
As for this year? Well I'm hoping with my constant postings I'll be giving you a detailed insight into my development process of my films, something I shall explain over my next few posts.
